Based at our HQ in Stockholm, you will play a key role as our new IT Infrastructure Engineer, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability of our network and server infrastructure. You will manage and maintain both physical and virtual IT environments, ensure seamless and secure connectivity across on-premises and cloud systems, and support our most critical IT operations.
You will be the technical owner responsible for the design and architecture of the physical infrastructure (servers and networks), hybrid AD, and hybrid Exchange.
Ready to take on this role? Here's what your day or week could look like:
Drive, maintain, and develop global and local network infrastructure: oversee routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks, following security best practices
Administer hybrid environments: handle Active Directory architecture, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access policies, and MFA
Oversee cloud and on-premises environments: manage public and private cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, VMware), maintain Windows and Linux servers, and monitor backups
Maintain VPNs and firewall policies: manage IPSEC VPNs, Client VPN configurations, and firewall rules for remote locations and partners
Ensure server and storage integrity: maintain on-premises servers and storage systems, including remote administration with Lights Out technology
Manage network security: monitor IDS systems, handle alerts, and contribute to security policies and risk management
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues: provide 2nd/3rd line ServiceDesk support and resolve network-related incidents
Operate enterprise WiFi and wired networks: manage wired 802.1x and WiFi networks for reliable connectivity
Supplier relationship management: set technical requirements for, and build and maintain relationships with suppliers

To be successful in this role, we would love if you have:
5+ years of solid experience in network architecture and management
Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology
Proven experience with enterprise-level network design and multi-site deployments
Hands-on experience with network services and protocols (NPS, Radius, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP)
Expertise in configuring and managing switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs
Proficiency with network security and monitoring tools, including intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS)
Experience with hybrid cloud networking and integration of on-premises networks with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, VMware)
Excellent communication skills both in Swedish and English for collaborating effectively with diverse teams, including both technical and non-technical members
A merit if you have related certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, VMware, Azure/AWS certifications)
Driver's license would be preferred
