As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will be joining our Global IT team within our IT Operations team. One of the many awesome things is that we consider ourselves to be a modern-thinking company working with SaaS and a cloud-first architecture.

This role will be responsible for maintaining and developing our systems portfolio, infrastructure, and our solution. Daily, you will cooperate with many of our awesome stakeholders within various departments and play a key role in enabling our team to work as efficiently as possible backed by cutting-edge tools and systems.
This role will include working on other projects and technologies with your colleagues in the Global IT Team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Together with your colleagues in IT Team own, evaluate, configure, and oversee the core IT systems (email, communication and collaboration systems, network infrastructure, device management systems, identity management, access management systems).
Collaborate with the IT team, management, and department leadership to plan the most important projects to work on next.
Stay abreast of current industry trends and make recommendations as needed to help the SaaS stack and the business stay optimal.
Provide tier 2 escalated support to internal users globally, w/ a customer-oriented approach.
Create and maintain technical documentation of systems and processes.
Implement automation to make IT processes repeatable, scalable, and secure.
Data life-cycle management
FOR YOU TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE
Have 2+ years of experience within IT, preferably as an IT Systems Engineer or equivalent.
Experience working with Post Production.
Experience in implementing and/or supporting enterprise solutions.
Knowledge of best practices, particularly relating to SSO, MFA, etc.
Maintaining and supporting Windows/Linux servers.
Experience with RESTful APIs, scripting, SQL, and other supporting technologies
Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as ISO, SaaS Security Framework, Data Security Foundations, etc.
WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE
Experience working with SaaS applications like Azure, AWS, G-Suite, Office 365.
Experience with MDM solutions like JAMF and/or InTune
Experience with health monitoring of networks, servers.
Proficiency in scripting & automation languages such as Python, Bash Scripting, SQL, etc.
It's a plus if you have an interest in and/or knowledge of advanced firewall- and network infrastructures technologies such as Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, or others.
A proven ability to work independently, oversee complex tasks and prioritize based on overall strategic goals.
Fluent in English, verbal and written.
