The role:

As an IT Help Desk Technician, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our employees in a timely and efficient manner. Reporting directly to our IT Manager, you'll be required to work a few days a week from our central Stockholm office. Your key responsibilities will be:

• Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees via phone, email, and in-person

• Assisting and troubleshooting computer users (fixed PCs, laptops, Windows environment, Office 365, smartphones, etc.)

• Ensuring the installation, configuration, and deployment of computer equipment (Onboard and Offboard process)

• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows 11 computers, iOS, and Android mobile devices

• Microsoft 365 administration (Teams, Yammer, SharePoint, Shared mailbox, etc.)

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and software applications

• Performing routine maintenance on computer systems, including updates, patches

• Maintaining accurate records of all technical support requests and resolutions

• Identifying and recommending opportunities for process and system improvements

To be successful in this role, we believe that you should have:

• 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and hardware and software maintenance

• Fluency in English

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Service-minded personality with a "can-do" attitude and excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a global organization, collaborating and respecting colleagues from different cultural backgrounds

• Swedish valid visa or permission to work in Sweden

Other preferred qualifications include:

• CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)

• Experience with Active Directory and network troubleshooting

• Knowledge of other languages such as Swedish, Spanish, etc.
