We're not looking for your average IT Help Desk Support. We're looking for a collaborative, dedicated and service minded internal IT wiz to take our internal IT to the next level. YOUR TEAM AT VOI

You'll be joining a small and diverse team with a high degree of autonomy. You will have the opportunity to be part of forming the team and influencing its core culture. YOUR MISSION AT VOI

• Be a part of driving our global internal IT infrastructure throughout all of Voi (that means warehouses in around 70 cities around Europe, an HQ in Stockholm and potentially more offices around Europe as we expand).
• Supporting colleagues on day-to-day basis through ticketing system (Jira) and in person.
• Ensure all our employees have smooth digital workplace experience.
• Be part of projects to ensure efficiency and a great employee experience from start to finish, this involves conducting on- and off boarding.
• Maintaining and supporting hardware including laptops, desktops, mobile phones, and other network enabled devices.
• Install and maintain printers and be the first point of contact for printing support.

• Be the first point of contact for purchasing, deliveries and phone subscriptions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience from previous help desk or IT support roles
• Experience in cloud based solutions
• Fluency in both Mac & PC
• Well versed in Google Workspace, Slack & Atlassian
• Good experience with Sheets or Excel
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
