SCA is currently searching for recent graduates in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering or similar fields to start in fall 2016. Selected candidates will participate in SCA’s two-year Graduate On-boarding Program within the organization.
We are currently offering an IT Graduate Program within our IT Services Business Unit. SCA IT Services is a global services partner with the purpose of adding value to SCA by delivering highly specialized IT services to all the different business categories. Our 500 employees, spread across 31 countries, work in global teams to partner with the business and, through the rapid development of digital technologies, provide user friendly solutions and support that meets the demand of our internal customers
Furthermore, SCA is seeking to accelerate its use of digital channels to engage, sell to and service the end consumer of our products. We will do this directly through brand communication, customer engagement and loyalty programs and, where relevant, our own stores. Importantly we will do this together with our customers; using digital to make our products more successful for them.
Responsibilities
During the 24 month SCA GO! Program your main focus will be consumer facing web sites and eCommerce including areas like user experience, business analysis, scalable and efficient digital solution, delivering new capabilities and mobile apps.

What we are looking for?
Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships are an advantage. Having obtained a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent achieved no later than 18 months ago will be a prerequisite. Excellent level of English is required, and speaking an additional language is preferable. Finally, availability for traveling may be required for the SCA GO! Program.
To be successful in this role you will have a holistic thinking, great communication skills and a strong business and service orientation. You are passionate about gaining new technical and functional skills with web related solutions and tools. Last but not least, we are looking for keen team-players, self-motivated with a positive mindset.
