Your role
At IT Governance, you will act as general advisor and point of contact in all IT-related matters within the IT Governance department at Aeronautics. You will work both within the Business Area and individually as well as in teams together with all IT departments across the company.
Your main tasks in the role are:
* Being point of contact regarding all IT related content e.g., unique Business Projects and services.
* Translate business needs into IT demands and potentially serve as a member of project steering committees, IT Committees, etc.
* Work with business demands and needs fulfilled from Saabs Group IT or other supply organizations.
* Take an active approach to business development and reduce IT Spend for e.g., Common IT and unique local applications, systems and IT environments.
* Act as a team member and share regular information across Business Units and Business Areas, having a proactive approach to support and find solutions.
* Collaborate with IT departments within other Business Areas and Operational Countries.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a solid experience in general IT, an interest in support, management, finance, and structural ability to drive business change. To qualify for the role, you should have the following skills:
* Education within a relevant area with several years of work experience within the area of IT.
* General IT knowledge within infrastructure, systems and application management.
* Ability to understand organizational structures and navigate in a larger context.
* Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.
* It is also meritorious if you have experience in negotiating with external partners and suppliers.
As a person you should be adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work broadly and with undefined tasks. You are self-driven, creative and good at taking initiatives. To be able to see what could be done, and also being hands-on and realize it should come natural to you. You should also have a proactive attitude, as well as being communicative and able to interact both within your team as well as other internal and external functions and suppliers.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
