About the Service Department
The service department at RaySearch Laboratories is taking care of installations, training and support to our customers in Europe. We also act as support to the service departments of our existing and future subsidiaries and distributors in America, Europe and Asia.
Offer
We are looking for a person to work in the service department with the primary responsibility for dealing with technical issues for customers and potential customers. This will involve planning, implementation and support of the RayStation product and the IT environment where it is hosted for accurate product evaluation and clinical operation. This means direct contact with our customers in Europe and other regions both at the clinics and remotely. In addition to the role of supporting customers you will actively be involved in various projects and from an IT infrastructure point of view, play a vital role in the future development of RayStation.
Qualifications
• Experience of customer support, including Direct customer communications written and verbal
• Customer deployment experience
• Experience in MS SQL databases (install, configure, maintain), preferred 2012
• Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows Server 2008 and 2012 (troubleshooting, Active Directory)
• Citrix deployments and support, preferred XenApp/XenDesktop
• Familiarity with XML
