We are looking for a strong IT leader who wants to work at a well-known an d international retail company. You will be part of our IT department , today consisting of approximately 70 employees . Job Description
As a Development Manager you will manage four development teams; the ERP team, the Point of Sales team, the Java team and the Support team. The latter two teams work with applications for customer and supplier management, planning, finance, HR and with tools supporting our IT development. The teams consist of approximately 20 employees (including consultants). You coach these teams and help them deliver the best experience for Lindex customers. You do this by working in very close dialogue and collaboration with the business and the IT development teams. You also take active part in the IT Management team, and report to the CIO.
Are you the one we are looking for?
Experience of managing governance forums and setting strategic development roadmaps in close collaboration with the business and IT development teams
Experience of different frameworks and tools for development, requirement and test methodology
Experience of budget responsibility and vendor/contract negotiations
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious: experience of leading several IT teams, experience of and interest in agile frameworks
