We are looking for a driven and service-minded IT Coordinator to join our team in Helsingborg!
Job Summary
* You will work in a global IT Service Desk organisation as an IT Coordinator with main focus on European users.
* Support end-users in a global environment with systems/applications from vendors like Microsoft, Autodesk, PTC, Adobe etc.
* Support and install computers, tablets and smartphones.
* Create documentation for solutions, standards, recommendations and processes relevant for the IT environment.
* Develop the IT environment and implement new solutions that will give value to the business.
Qualifications/Skills Required

We see that you are service-minded and are good at supporting end-users. You have high energy and are a great team player that are ready to help your colleagues when needed.
You have:
* A degree within IT/Network or equivalent experience
* Minimum of 2 years' experience from working with IT support and implementations
* Fluent in English and Swedish. Additional language skills are considered a merit
* Familiar with Microsoft software's (AD, Office 365, Office suites).
* Experience supporting CAD tools from Autodesk, PTC and/or EPLAN is an advantage
