hela Sverige We are looking for a Commercial Specialist to IT Purchase team within the Commercial function. You will be a part of a small team in a continuously changing organization. The team's main responsibilities include procure hardware and software from our vendors. You will work closely with internal customers and vendors to procure the hardware and software and follow up on deliveries.
In your role it is important to be service-minded and to maintain several contacts on multiple levels, working with parallel orders and expand your business skills and build long-term relationships. Our goal is to deliver hardware / software in a secure way, with correct quality and to the best price, in the right time. Constant improvement is integral part in our way of working and we expect you to contribute in making improvements in process and daily delivery.
Main responsibilities
Support the organisation with IT related procurement
Follow up orders
Procurement administration
Vendor relationships
Invoice handling
Knowledge and skill requirements:
Procurement experience
Admin skills with an eye for details
MS Office 365
Beneficial requirements
ServiceNow experience
IT equipment knowledge
Personal skills
Administratively strong
Great communication skills and pedagogic
Flexible and prestige-less
Strong personal drive and motivation
Ability to work well in teams and individually
Ability to take responsibility, work proactively
Language
Excellent in English and Swedish, both in written and spoken
