Your role
We are currently building an organization for Business IT Nordics with the goal to becoming a trusted ally of the business. In this work we are looking for an IT Controlling & Contract Manager with focus on delivering value to the business by the successful management of IT costs and purchasing. This role will be responsible within this area for both Denmark and Sweden.
You will be working closely with the business, vendors, IT in Nordics and central IT in Germany to gain an overview of controlling, contracts and purchasing.
Included responsibilities:
• Establish budget for IT costs
• Consolidation of IT costs
• KPI definition and monitoring of IT costs
• Provide summaries and graphics to management
• IT contract drafting, evaluation, negotiation, and execution
• Maintaining contracts and contractual records
• Developing and implementing procedures and policies
• Participate in developing and implementing the Business IT's strategy and actively share expertise, methodology and experience
Your background
• Relevant university education, preferably in the fields of computer science or finance, or experience that could count as equal.
• Several years of experience of vendor management and negotiation
• Several years of experience in cost controlling and budgeting
• Experience of procurement within IT
• Experience of contract management
• Experience of ERP and BI tools
Your profile
• Result driven, business oriented with experience in leading change.
• Great negotiating skills and high interest in negotiations with IT vendors
• Analytic and with a good ability to understand business processes.
• Enduring and can come up with creative solutions to challenges.
• Structured, and can plan, and organize your own and others' work.
• Communicative and a positive mindset.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English. Danish and German is an advantage.
The position is located at Zeppelin Sverige's head office in Mölndal and you report to the IT Country Manager. Business trips will occur as we deliver solutions to businesses throughout Sweden and Denmark and collaborate with Germany.
