The SKF Group IT unit provides strategic IT support to the SKF organization by developing sound strategies and managing selected service providers. We have presence in the Americas, Europe and Asia. We are currently looking for two positions to substitute for two colleagues on maternity leave. The positions are for period starting May 2016 - September 2017.
Job purpose:
As an IT controller you will both work individually with own areas of responsibility and tightly together with your colleagues in SKF Group IT. One of your focus areas will be to safeguard the cost level in SKF Group IT and act as a true business partner, supporting with financial analysis and reviews. You will develop new as well as improve current processes for SKF Group IT. The position will report to the Finance Manager of SKF Group IT.
Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Planning-, Forecast- and Financial reporting and participation in operational meetings
• Pro-actively analyze the financial results, including accurate and meaningful comments and forecasts that call attention to important trends and potential problems/risks and opportunities
• Ensure quality in reporting and adapt measurement systems in order to make business flow transparent and support decision-making
• Developing standardize tools and processes
• To work closely with relevant stakeholders in developing and maintaining the cost level of IT
Key Capabilities Required:
• University degree in business administration and minimum 5 years working experience in the financial controlling area
• Open, service minded, forward driven and proactive attitude.
• A strong drive for delivering results and for continuous improvements.
• An organized, structured and accurate approach.
• Strong attention to detail and high integrity.
• Skilled Power-Point and Excel user
• Good analytical and communication skills high focus on visualization
• Good skills in extracting and analyzing data from systems such as ERP (e.g. SAP CPM) and BI (e.g. Qlik View, Cognos).
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Willingness to work in an international team
