As our new IT Contract Manager, you will assume a pivotal role in the outsourcing of IT in Ikano Bank. This is a unique chance for greater responsibility and future opportunities. Let's achieve great things together.

We create finance solutions for a better living

You will be joining the Sourcing organization at Ikano Bank, which is primarily focused at providing strategic sourcing support helping the bank transform into a truly digital bank. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of contract management within the IT-area where Ikano Bank recently has entered into a large outsourcing agreement.

The responsibilities will cover:

• Contract management of IT-outsourcing agreement. Including developing and improving contract management processes

Working experience could be within a similar department, business line organization, consultancy firm, or PMO-office tasked with implementation of processes and products related to supplier contracts.

You have an analytical mindset, strong communication skills, the ability to build trustful relationships, and a structured way of working. We believe that you are a person who is excellent at executing and managing complex contracts and the multitude of crucial details they contain. The services you offer should be considerate and forthcoming - you are a person who is comfortable with working individually as well as part of a team.

All in all, you will be Ikano Bank's IT-contractual subject matter expert and interpreter of IT contracts. It is an advantage if you have worked in an IT-outsourced environment and are used to stepping in to support your colleagues in the team when needed.

You take a strong and personal interest in understanding and cooperating with your stakeholders, and you view change as a natural part of doing business and not as a problem. Raising and documenting complex issues, identifying solutions and negotiating come easy to you.
