hela Sverige We are looking for a driven IT Configuration Manager to join our team to create the next generation of configuration practices. You will develop, improve and most importantly operationalise the Configuration Process in Group Functions unit, whose responsibilities revolve around Nordea's Reporting arm, consisting of Data Warehousing solutions, Anti-Crime, sourcing and reporting/analysis layers and related applications.
The position we offer
Change & Deploy is a team in our Transition section improving three key processes Config, Release and Change Management. We interact with all areas of Group Functions IT and Business to be part of the vehicle for successfully transitioning changes through our pre-production and production systems.
As IT Configuration Manager, you will be responsible for providing information about our IT systems from the CMDB and that it is used to expectations. For example that dependencies and associations are correct.
Your daily tasks:
Uphold our software configuration practices of continuous integration and improving them. Use JIRA to coordinate, manage and configure release baselines e.g. Release Candidates. Support other teams, for example engineers, change managers, release team and deployers. Identify areas for improvement through colleagues working daily with configuration of software then plan and execute improvements.
The qualifications you need

You are known for being service minded and for understanding the relationships between IT systems and, most importantly, how to uphold their integrity with good configuration practices.
You have:
Previous documented experience in a similar Configuration related role for at least one year in a DevOps or Lean environment. Practical JIRA and Confluence experience. ITIL® Foundation. Knowledgeable in BI & Data Warehousing. BA / BS in Computer Science / Information Systems or equivalent experience. Remedy Experience is highly valued. TeraData, SAP, Oracle, Hadoop, Mainframe, TWS knowledge is beneficial. GIT, Perl and Jenkins experience is beneficial.
