Husqvarna global IT is looking for an IT Compliance & Performance Manager to reinforce our Global Information Services (GIS) department.
The primary focus of this position is to manage the overall compliance and performance of GIS. Establishing a robust compliance process, applying information technology controls and continuously driving IT process improvements and performance based on industry best practices and standards.
You are an energetic and steadfast individual with strong problem solving and communication skills, and the ability to build good working relationships and collaborate efficiently on all organizational levels and across departments.
You will
• Drive the development and implementation of the IT governance and control framework
• Assure compliance with policies, rules and regulations relevant to IT
• Exercises information security governance
• Coordinate and facilitate the audit process between Internal/External Audit and IT Departments
• Monitor audit progress and be responsible for managing and organizing the audit trails and remediation process for all internal and external audits
• Implement IT risk management approach, execute risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies
• Exercise IT process governance and control
• Collaborate with IT to analyze processes, identify potential gaps or conflicts in existing processes, measure process maturity and performance
• Conduct IT performance reviews and continuously monitor, control and drive IT performance improvements and initiatives across IT organization
We seek you who have strong knowledge and skills in relevant IT and industry standards and proven experience in effectively implementing and applying IT governance frameworks and control objects.
You have
• BS degree in Computer Science or similar competence
• Minimum 5 year's experience
• Strong IT skills
• Certification and/or strong knowledge in ITIL, CoBIT, CMMI, and relevant ISO standards like 20000, 27000 series
• Strong communication skills in English and Swedish are required
