Our Exciting Opportunity
We are now looking for an IT Compliance Manager - Group IT! This role will ensure proper protection of information assets focusing on the SOX regulation. The main objective is to maintain SOX compliance in our IT environments by considering applicable laws, regulations, requirements and standards. You as the successful candidate will use your knowledge and skills to influence important key partners, improve SOX related processes and procedures but also provide support and awareness sessions to specific target groups within Group IT.
In this role you need to have a solid ability to build relationships with different key partners like Group Security, Corporate Audit, Group Finance, SOX specialist function including different IT system and IT service owners. You will be responsible for coordinating & managing internal and external audits, including ISO Certification Audits, SOX Compliance Audits and IT Security Audits.
You will
You will actively ensure correct handling of SOX controls and IT environments.
Ensure that appropriate Risk Assessments are performed related to SOX for IT systems and services within Group IT
You will contribute to Group IT SOX related audits
Review and utilize the outcome of internal and external audit reviews to develop improvement plans.
Participate in Group IT SOX program as a key specialist providing support, guidelines and best practices.
Develop and provide IT SOX related training and awareness programs
Provide leadership and direction to all aspects of SOX and related matters within Group IT
Manage relationships with partners to ensure alignment and commitment to SOX related initiatives
Continuously improve Group IT processes to ensure IT SOX compliance
Ensure that management reviews, audits and assessments are executed and value adding
Facilitate the integration of Ericsson corporate requirements in own organization

To be successful in the role you must have
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum years of experience: 7-10 years of IT experience
Minimum years of experience: 2-3 years of IT SOX and Compliance experience
Domain experience: SOX, ISO 27001/2, ISO 27018, ISMS and EGMS
Certifications in SOX area, Other preferred certifications IAPP, CISSP, ISO27001 lead implementer, CISA, CISM or similar
Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at a senior level
