Sourcing at Husqvarna is organized in several functions securing quality, delivery, cost efficiency and sustainability of supply. One of the key functions within Sourcing is Indirect Sourcing, which focuses on commercial relationships with suppliers and the business in managing all indirect material procurement. The key mission for us is to ensure that the greatest value is provided to the organization 's internal customers.
The IT Commodity Manager is part of the Husqvarna Indirect Sourcing Team and is the business partner to Husqvarna Global Information Systems. The Commodity Manager for IT is a key role to support the Husqvarna Group with IT-Sourcing on a Global basis mainly on the Tactical and Strategic levels.
The IT Sourcing Team is today a team of 3 persons, including the team leader. This recruitment will add one member to further strengthen the team.

This position is located in Huskvarna but there could also be possibilities to work from our sites in Stockholm or Gothenburg.
Main responsibilities
• Negotiate and renegotiate IT and Telcom related agreements with a focus on software, outsourcing and other IT-related services
• Create, maintain and develop internal and external relations with stakeholders and suppliers
• Actively participate and contribute to the strategic work within IT-Sourcing
• Strive to create internal efficiency within our sourcing team. Support and/or drive continuous improvements activities.
• Be an openminded and active team member and use your experience and personality to support the continuous development of our team
Your profile
• Minimum 5 years' experience from IT-related sourcing /procurement within the software (on-premises or Cloud), outsourcing and other IT-services areas
• Bachelor 's degree in relevant discipline
• Experience and ability to negotiate, interpret and make changes in IT and telephony contracts and assess commercial risks
• Experience of IT-Contracts from big vendors like IBM, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft or Adobe, but also from smaller vendors mainly within the Cloud area
• Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English. German is an advantage.
• Knowledge in Swedish contract law
• Familiar with P2P and BI tools
• Certified from Silf or CIPS or similar is preferred
You have strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact collaboratively and convincingly with internal customers across multiple departments, business areas and in parallel cases/discussions.
Furthermore, to succeed in this role, it is important that you are self-motivated and have good analytical and problem solving skills combined with a structured way of working and also be able to "think outside the box" in order to in an effective way reach the goal of a finalized contract.
