About the job
We are offering you a challenging role as IT Collaboration Architect with the opportunity to contribute and setting the architecture within IT Collaboration services through our corporate IT platform.
In this role you will develop and maintain IT Collaboration services vision, strategy and roadmap as well as identify clients' needs, provide feasibility reports and design proposals, high level as well as detailed. You will be a part of our End User Services line team as well as our virtual Global Center of Excellence team where you will participate in global projects, aiming to maximize the user value added to the area of IT Collaboration.You will develop technology policies, standards, frameworks and guiding principles and effectively build influential partnering relationships throughout the organization.
Furthermore, you will contribute to a shared blueprint for the IT Collaboration platform that aligns with enterprise, best practices standards and business needs. You will be responsible of managing the Project Roadmap of our IT Collaboration initiatives.
We also expect you to take ownership of assigned projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative solutions and functional design within budget and timelines.

What you bring
We are looking for a technically creative and open-minded architect with a passion for improving user experience and productivity through technologies. You have the ability to socialize ideas, make recommendations and gather team consensus to solve problems.It is important to us that you have the mindset and experience from working in an agile and project-driven organization. To succeed in this role, you need to have the ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
You have in-depth knowledge of managing and developing an enterprise IT environment, primarily based on Microsoft's products, especially Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Enterprise Mobility and Security and Power Platform where you have a technical understanding from IT Operations and IT Service Delivery areas. Our focus is our users, making their everyday as easy and beneficial as possible by adding the most valuable digitalization. Identity and Access Management is a key part in this why knowledge also in this area is important to bring.
* Prior experience in IT Architecture
* Prior experience in leading digital workplace & collaboration transformation with a focus on user experience, preferable in an international environment
* Performance monitoring and alerting for cloud workload instances
* Good understanding in Microsoft License Management
* Good knowledge of cloud platforms (preferred Azure) and preferable PowerShell understanding
A higher education in computer science or similar is desirable and you are proficient in English.
