Global IM provides advanced Information Management solutions that improve the performance of Tetra Pak's business processes. The key responsibility for us in IT Supplier Management is to optimized the use of IT suppliers, establish and govern the commercial relationships and manage selected centralised IT purchases.
As IT Category Manager - Contract Specialist you will act as Tetra Pak's informal authority in IT contract management and support other Category Managers in contractual issues. You will take lead and be responsible for more complex contractual negotiations. You will also lead sourcing and contracting for selected suppliers.
You will not have direct reports but need to exhibit good people skills since you will be working with and through many global stakeholders.
Your main work areas will be to:
Source, negotiate and contract suitable suppliers
Secure contractual value through best practice adoption
Perform market analysis
Develop and implement appropriate sourcing strategies
Act a knowledge center for contracts within IT Supplier Management
Publiceringsdatum2008-11-17KvalifikationerYou are a structured person with a clear sense of quality, accuracy and details. You are business minded and seek solutions that create value for all parties. You are analytical, have a long term perspective and possess a pleasant blend of strength and humbleness.
You have more than three years of experience with strategic vendor management and hands-on work with major global contracts. A solid understanding of the IT market is important and you have spent at least two years in the IT-business. We believe that you hold a law degree from the university, but you might have gathered equivalent knowledge through your work. You have excellent communication skills and excel at both written and spoken English.
