hela Sverige Establish and implement a state of the art IT infrastructure that enable Fristads and the other Swedish entities to reach excellence in their operational tasks by building an IT-shared service center that supports the entities and divisions, including developing the pilot for "Kwintet in a Box", meaning a ERP system to be adopted as standard within the Kwintet group, in Fristads, together with a middleware concept such as the Kwintet Data Warehouse.
Also you should manage, control and develop the IT infrastructure to align with the demands for the group common structure. As a project manager your key results area are following:
Develop new and current ERP systems
Establish and implement New ERP solution
Continuous update and alignment of current IT infra-structure
Ensure IT support and service to all entities and departments
Strategic IT
Develop IT architecture and long term IT plan and propose changes when needed. Effectuate and drive initiated plans
Create and drive processes that lead to a consistent and stable IT environment Investigate and control quality and cost in the IT processes
Automation control
Oversee the day to day systems management of local IT infrastructure (hardware, software and local network) including management of data access security
Ensure proper incident and problem management
Ensure service levels on servers, applications and IT-related products, including phones
Responsible for cost-conscious purchasing of IT and It-related products, including phones etc
Human resources management
Ensure accurate and timely planning of resources, and keep track of all ongoing projects
Prioritize resources when bottlenecks, and communicate with all stakeholders
IT - customers on expected service level and timing.
Manage, coach and steer IT team of seven employees.
Evaluate and steer team in compliance with company HR policies.

YOUR BACKGROUND
Master degree or similar. Background as Management Consultant, Project Manager or the like. 5 or more years of working experience with IT strategy work and project management. Experience with ERP system. Experience within establish and implement a state of the art IT infrastructure. Understanding of how technology
interacts with business and business applications.
