Role Overview:
As an IT Business Specialist at Husqvarna Group's Global Information Services (GIS), your role is hands-on and the focus will be on leveraging capabilities of MS Dynamics 365 by promoting and implement functions supporting the sales process. You will also enhance tools and services to support the digital commerce and online communication channels - to improve our way of working as well as the customer experience.
You'll be a strategic bridge-builder between IT and business domains, with a deep understanding of Sales and Marketing systems and their integration into business operations.
You shine when it comes to navigating the complexities of the consumer buying journey, both in Service centers and online, recognizing potential barriers. With your expertise, you do not only identify challenges - but also proactively devise innovative solutions to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.
You seamlessly connect business objectives with IT capabilities, leveraging your insights to drive effective delivery, testing and requirement gathering. In essence, you're having a key role in ensuring that digital initiatives align with business goals, ultimately driving success and growth.
You will:
Get a good understanding for Husqvarna Construction business and IT systems connected to Sales & Marketing
Provide guidance and business input for CRM initiatives, including roadmap creation and implementation of MS Dynamics 365 capabilities
Improve customer experience through digital commerce and online communication
Analyze data effectively to make recommendations for meeting business needs
Support in conducting business cases for IT investments
Participate in the implementation of designed solutions, including development and testing.
About you:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Business Analysis or similar roles, with a focus on CRM, digital commerce and online communication.
Competence in CRM systems (particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365) - and a strong understanding of the buying journey for customers in an e-commerce environment, including Customer service.
Ability to work independently, drive change, be hands-on and take ownership of initiatives - in a dynamic environment.
Proven track record of delivering results and driving business impact, through IT solutions.
Location
Preferred locations for this position is in US or Sweden at any of our sites (Olathe, Huskvarna, Gothenburg or Stockholm). But, with our hybrid working environment, you'll have the flexibility to work both onsite and remotely, promoting work-life balance for all team members.
