The IT Business Developer is responsible for the design of the application landscape and integrations and has also a coordination responsibility together with information owners. The IT Business Developer shall secure the applications landscape information flow, support and coordinate SuperUsers, prioritize change requests and manage external application suppliers and consultants. Furthermore, the IT Business Developer is also responsible for the IT project portfolio. As a person, you are a team player in the way that you share your knowledge with colleagues and take value in the collaboration with others. You are goal oriented, you get things done while still having a focus on the quality of the process ensuring that the result is in line with the requirement. As the role involves multiple interfaces internally as well as externally, it is important that you have excellent communication and networking skills to build strong long-term relationships. In addition to this, you also have a genuine interest in understanding a company's needs and map that to solutions to create true business value. You will be based either in Halmstad, Sweden or Hanko, Finland and need to able to travel to our other sites on a regular basis.
In the role as IT Business Developer we expect you to;
Ensure that information between applications is linked. Information islands are not allowed.
Be responsible for TyloHelo whole applications landscape.
Be the Chairman in SuperUsers FORUM.
Support SuperUsers with creating requirement specifications.
Support and coordinate SuperUsers in all countries.
Keep contact with application suppliers to follow application updates and news.
Suggest improvements to SuperUsers and Application owner.
Prioritize all change requests.
Handle the procurement of external resources.
Decide and manage which application providers or external consultant to use.
Be the Chairman in Applications CAB-forum. (Change Advisory Board)
Ensure that necessary customizations are made according to standards.
Be the application technical software administrator. Manage, maintain and supply services needed by the application.
Be responsible of the day-to-day operation of the application and the associated manual routines functions in line with the requirements of Application owner.
Ensure that necessary documentation exists and is kept up-to-date.
Ensure that operating problems are followed up and analyzed in order to determine what measures must be taken to prevent re-occurrence.
Participate in security classification of the application on request from the Application Owner.
Ensure that routines for a continuous and problem free operation exists, particularly back-up and routines for re-starting applications.
We expect you to have the following experience;
Knowledge from manufacturing businesses.
Documented experiences from introducing, implementing and working with IT processes
Solid experience from running projects -within IT as well as across functions
Worked in a global organization and managed a matrixorganization (SuperUser Forum, multiple units etc)
Managed many parallel tasks at the same time
Experience from working with or implementing, PIM, ERP, CRM

We assume that you have relevant education within IT and at least 3-5 years of documented experience from working with similar tasks.
Languageskills: you have to be fluent in either Swedish or Finnish and English.
