The global IT organization of Mölnlycke Health Care is expanding and we are now looking for a new member to our Finance & HR team within the global IT organization. You will assume a coordinating role and take responsibility for driving related projects and changes to success.
You will be our IT business application specialist that can, with business cooperation, be part of developing the HR and Finance global processes and align them with IT strategies and SAP application.
The position is permanent, reports to the Team Manager for the Finance and HR area within IT, and is based at corporate headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Anticipate market and business requirements through close cooperation with key stakeholders both inside and outside Mölnlycke Health care. You will work in close liaison with stakeholders in order to understand the business requirements and develop the IT solutions
• Act both as a change manager when defining and executing change requests, as well as a subject matter specialist in projects
• Define standards and policies and follow up deliveries from external suppliers
• Support and train the business organization
QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL QUALITIES
You have at least 5 years of documented experience from working with projects and configuration in SAP FI/CO, perhaps as a consultant. Knowledge and understanding of accounting and controlling is preferred. Experience from working with Human Resource area and with SAP HR is considered an advantage.
A Master or Bachelor Degree in IT, Technology, Business or equivalent is preferred. The position will entail working globally with many different stakeholders and you should be able to communicate well in written and spoken English.
As an individual you are a self-motivated, well organized and service minded person. You take initiatives, drive performance and have a forward way of thinking combined with a commercial mindset. You also have a natural curiosity combined with the ability to link IT with business. You have excellent interpersonal skills and you enjoy sharing knowledge within the organization.
