The Product Instance and Product Adaptations department is looking for our coming Business Analysts for product adaptations to join our Conversion team!
As a Business Analyst for product adaptations, you will be an important player in providing our customers the possibility to reconfigure vehicle functionality, this to add value to the customer or follow legislations. Your work will enable our customers to add modern or increased functionality to Scania products via workshop visits or Over the Air updates, which can increase secondhand value and prolong the lifetime to keep our products sustainable. You will also play an important in improving the Conversion platform which enables software updates and reconfiguration of Scania products in close collaboration with the IT development team.
Conversion is the tool that weekly enables 50,000 software updates and 3000 reconfigurations for all of Scania's products and is widely used by all around the world in our service market network. Scania and the Conversion team are right now in an exciting phase where a lot of new functionality and requirements are being developed. For example developing support for sending software updates over the air from the factory to a vehicle that is not in a workshop
What will you do?
Prepare and implement reconfiguration packages to modernize the current fleet. For example, replacing propulsion battery generation on BEV vehicles and making sure that Product information and spare parts are up to date for the reconfigured product. This is done in collaboration with responsible designers, system owners, product coordinators, and request stakeholders
Test the rebuilds directly on the truck or bus in our workshop
Together with the other team members, be responsible for Scania's reconfiguration process
Identify and demand new functionality in Conversion. This is because you will work a lot in Conversion, but you will also gain a great understanding of how our customers work in Conversion
In collaboration with the rest of the team handle incoming support cases on conversions and system issues
Who are you?

As the demand for new reconfigurations is high, you need to be able to run and coordinate the assignments at a high pace, without compromising on quality.
Good at understanding and communicating solutions at both an overall and detailed level
You are a communicative, driven, and, humble team player who can create good relationships at all levels.
You can think "outside the box" while taking the company's conditions into account.
If you are familiar with Scania's design structure and modular system, that is a big advantage
If you have a C or D driving license, it is a bonus, but not a requirement.
