We are looking for an open minded and curious young professional IT Business Analyst - Finance Systems to our Systems and Tools team, consisting of three members including this role, within the Group Control department which is part of the Group Function Finance. The System and Tools team is responsible for corporate finance systems including, but not limited to, the consolidation system AARO and the treasury management system, Findur. The team ensures that production and every-day work runs seamless for related parties as well as continuously safeguards we have a correct, harmonized and effective systems solution for the Group Function Finance which includes global stake-holders.
As a IT Business Analyst - Finance Systems, you will be working to define, develop, implement and/or maintain information systems for a set of defined areas within SCA Finance. The work is predominately divided between two main systems, Group Consolidation and Treasury Management. You will report to the Finance Systems Director.
The position is located at SCA's head office in the Waterfront Building in Stockholm which includes the group staff functions for Finance, Strategy and Business Development, Legal, Sustainability, Human Resources and Communications, as well as CEO office. Some 130 specialists work in an international environment where business processes are promoted through the global networks in the 60 countries where SCA is represented.
Main Tasks
Understand the needs and business demands of the organization and suggest system solutions with a continuous improvement mindset
Participate in projects including implementation of system solutions as a professional resource
Continuously review and edit requirements, specifications and recommendations related to a proposed solution
Coordinate, document and provide system support for end users
Organize and deliver training for the end users
Further development of the systems
Key Competencies
University degree in Finance, IT or equivalent educational background
Recent graduated or up to 2 years of working experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish
Experience of Aaro and/or Findur is an advantage
A good overall understanding in finance systems and accounting
Personal profile

Demonstrates the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
