IT Business Analyst - Vehicle Operations digital solution (OTD)
Vehicle Operations digital solutions is our strategic IT system in house build to support our Vehicle OTD process from manufacturing plant until delivery to our end customer. Are you passionate about merging business processes with IT solutions? Do you possess strong problem-solving, analytical skills, business acumen and Can-do attitude? Do you have great passion for working with ERP digital platform. We are looking for a team member for development and maintenance support.
You are truly business-driven and fast thinking out-of-the-box person with substantial supply chain, logistics and IT experience and have thorough knowledge of Order to delivery process. You have acquired technical knowledge and are confident in technical discussions with software engineers.
The position is based in Gothenburg Sweden at Lynk & Co HQ. The position includes EU wide responsibility hence can require occasional travel.
What you'll do
• Define and maintain product vision and roadmap together with Product Owner.
• Manage the product backlog and make sure it reflects our needs, and that backlog items are well documented and understood by the software engineer.
• You act as the business / IT liaison during analysis, requirements definition, and design activities.
• Participate in sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives.
• Coordinate of release planning and execution together with product owner and technical team. Drive improvement projects as project manager and/or requirements manager.
• Provide expert digital knowledge to business stakeholders.
• Participate in the development of acceptance criteria for stories and support the team with review. Provide end user Training.
• Act as 2nd line support for operational incidence. You lead by example and enjoy mentoring and grow your colleague's capabilities.
What you should have
• University degree in engineering /business/ Supply chain or Information technology.
• Extensive experience from digital functional development within OTD operations.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in breaking down business requests to requirements on digital solutions.
• Experience from agile development frameworks.
• Experience with automotive supply chain and logistics will be considered as merit.
• Experience from global organizations and stakeholder management.
