Deloitte's Risk Advisory practice helps organisations effectively measure and mitigate risk and make informed and intelligent risk decisions around business processes, technology and operations. Our business is expanding rapidly and we are looking to strengthen our IT Assurance & Controls team.
The IT Assurance & Controls team focuses on delivering IT assurance services to internal and external clients.
There is already a strong international presence through the client portfolio, with this footprint increasing yet as the Swedish member firm is in the process of clustering with the other Nordic and Northwest European member firms in the coming years.
The engagement portfolio mainly consists of engagegement such as:
• Audit of IT risks and controls as integrated part of support to external financial audit engagements.
• IT (internal) audits on Information Technology aspects;
• Third party assurance reporting (mainly SOC 1 and ISAE 3402);
• IT Governance (Policy Framework, Risk management, etc);
• ERP controls reviews;
• General IT Controls review;
• Review of migration and implementation of IT-projects
Your responsibilities will include
• Manage, direct, and monitor IT Audit teams on multiple engagements with specific focus on technology aspects;
• Maintain communication with clients to ensure that engagement deadlines and quality expectations are met;
• Manage client accounts, including billing, fee analysis and collection;
• Develop a growth vision and set challenging personal and team goals.
• Manage, maintain and further develop our IT Assurance & Controls practice;
• Manage presales and sales activities related to IT Assurance & Controls services;
• Manage, develop, train and mentor the supervised teams and assess their performance.

Your responsibilities will include

Your profile
• You have five years of experience of IT audit as part of external financial audit.
• Highly developed IT audit, IT advisory, project management and people management skills.
• Holder of CISA and/or hold similar relevant professional cerfications.
• Strong academic background.
• Strong communicator with fluent language skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a drive and desire to deliver top quality service to clients.
• You are keen to share your experiences, motivate your colleagues and help developing the team and firm.
• SEC/PCAOB accreditation is are desired but not a requirement.
• SAP auditing skills are desired but not a requirement.
