The job
Wanna be our new "go to guy"?
We are looking to strengthen our infrastructure team with a Windows IT assistant. You will handle support and development of the Rebtel client office environment. This means:
Supporting Rebtel employees in daily work
Administer user and mail accounts
Maintain and develop MS SharePoint Server
Virus detection management
Maintaining miscellaneous internal services, network,printing,ftp etc
In this position you will interact with all client users and of course with your colleagues in the Infrastructure team. You report to our Infrastructure Manager.
Your profile
To fit, you have skills in:
WinXP, Win7, Win2k3, Win2k8
MS Exchange, Active Directory, Share Point
Networking
Firewall
System monitoring
We are looking for an outgoing and service-minded person with great problem solving skills. You are thorough and you have the ability to keep several work tasks going at the same time. You see what needs to be done and you do it!
Even though we are a Swedish based company we work in an international environment. Our customers are spread out over the world and many of our employees are from outside Sweden, e.g. from Russia, Canada, Mexico, Morocco, India, Pakistan and Venezuela. Therefore you need excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. If you know Swedish it is a great bonus.
