Who are you?
The department for IT Architecture & PMO is a key function in the Corporate IT organization.
To run this department you need to have experience in both IT Architecture and PMO. You are an excellent leader with strong communication skills that enable you to cooperate and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
You are persistent with a long-term mindset and commit to responsibility.
About the job
You will work from two perspectives; one is to keep a close eye on current and upcoming projects, and the other to be responsible for our common IT architectural framework and standards within Alfa Laval. It is all about supporting business in getting the most value out of the development of our IT landscape. This by making sure that we are running the right projects at the right time and get quality solutions that are sustainable and cost efficient.
As our IT Architecture & PMO Manager you will report to the CIO and be part of the management team.
What you know?
You have, through knowledge and experience, built a professional view on how to run projects and controlling a project portfolio in close cooperation with business representatives as well as built a professional view of the strategic importance of an IT Enterprise architecture framework including documentation principles, methodologies and supporting tools.
Two team Managers will report to you, from the Architectural- and the PMO team. You as a Manager should have several years of experience from similar position.
You are expected to efficiently handle complex scenarios, including the ability to analyze, evaluate, implement and act in a global environment with many stakeholders.
You are both future oriented and pragmatic - and your natural sense of humor will affect our stakeholders and your department positively. With strong leadership, you will have full responsibility to lead, manage and develop the department including organization, roles, staffing, competence, skills, culture and behavior.
