We are looking for you who are interested in methods and strategies to create quality within a solution. We offer a complex solution including over 20 systems in integration where you will be responsible for the solution.
You as an IT Architect within the program will together with Project Managers, Requirement analysts and other architects and development teams to secure the rollout of the solution and also daily contact with area architects, project architects and other stakeholders.
The program H&M Club within the service area Marketing, secure the continued rollout of the new H&M Club to all markets. The program has launched the new H&M Club and it exists in four countries today. With the new electronic club we now have a more efficient solution to support personalized customer communication, campaign handling and a lot more.

Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M IT Architect comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Understand and apply/adapt to H&M:s Architecture principles
• Develop/Update and formulate nonfunctional requirements
• Describe/Update the solution in the SAD, solution architecture description
• Analyze and design IT solutions
• Investigative work
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• You enjoy working in a fast changing environment and is driven in your work
• You have the ability to communicate about problems and solutions
• Good written and oral communication skills both in Swedish and English
• 5 years experience working as an Architect in integration intense solutions and complex environments
It is qualifying if you have experience of customer loyalty, web platforms and marketing. Knowledge of SAP CRM and Adobe Campaign or similar is a plus.
