About our team
Meet the Consumer Finance Service Domain team. Our role is to deliver value by providing a strong technology organisation that enables effortless, end-to-end digital customer journeys. We do this by enhancing Nordea's credit card offerings and delivering convenient consumer lending solutions for our customers.
Main responsibilities in this role:
Asses business requirements, the current architecture and identify the gaps
Design architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, and strategic technology roadmap
Develop and maintain comprehensive solution design documentation, incorporating detailed process flows, system architecture diagrams, and data models to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with business and technical requirements
Collaborate with the architecture community, key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on solution design, technical standards, and delivery objectives
Who you are
This is the right role for you if you are passionate about learning, skilled at turning business requirements into clear architectural concepts (especially within financial services), and thrive on collaborating with diverse teams to ensure architecture is communicated effectively and consistently.
Your background and skills include:
1+ years' of experience with delivering solution architecture, through detailed process, system diagrams and data modelling
Ability to translate business requirements to architectural concepts
Knowledge of integration technologies and application integration patterns
Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
Excellent stakeholders management skills
Excellent communication skills in English
It would be ideal if you also:
Java knowledge on a level that allows communication with development teams
Knowledge of process automation platforms: specifically Pega
Experience in working in agile methodology (SAFe)
