www.ikea.com Key responasbilitiesShape ideas - in close collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders - into concrete, robust and appropriate IT landscape architectures and transition roadmaps that achieve the business outcome for a fast growing business. Secure that the architecture reflects customer and co-worker experience, time to market, sharing and collaboration, functional, technical, infrastructure, operational, security, financial, social and environmental considerations and actively contribute to the resolution of conflicting requirements. Describe the current and future state of the IT landscape for the intended business change as well as the transition to reach the future state. Secure that the transition roadmap reflects the level of uncertainty of the future state. Balance the transformations of foundational building blocks with continues business value delivery. Make sure that the transition roadmap enables early customer feedback and learning and secure feedback loops to improve it. Communicate the architectures and transition roadmaps to relevant business and IT stakeholders within and across organisation(s), and seek understanding and agreement to ensure aligned and consistent business process and IT development across IKEA value chain. Ensure that the architecture and roadmaps complies with relevant policies, principles, rules and standards. Suggest revisions, when compliance does not create business value. Ensure that agreed IT landscape architectures and transition roadmaps guide the scoping of business initiatives as well as the detailed design and delivery of solutions. Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders improve architecture with learnings from the implementation. Pro-actively identify and advise on opportunities to deliver better business result (e.g. related to technology trends and players, portfolio, roadmaps, customer value, cost, benefits, alternatives, impact, risks, dependencies, readiness, gaps). Spot technology and technology players which shall be explored to deliver customer and co-worker value faster, without compromising on service availability. Participate in developing the architecture capability at IKEA. Lead architecture activities within the assigned area e.g. the creation, revision and implementation of standards and reference architectures, handling of deviations and exceptions, ensuring architecture requirements for life cycle management of products and services.
