Job Description
You will join our IT SEDKIS Transport Administration Product Area as an Application Specialist. Your role will be focusing on the applications and processes within the Cross Border area. The main application is CIEL that handles orders, invoicing and settlement for Cross Border shipments. You will work in a fast paced yet supportive environment.
The position includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following responsibilities:
* Proactive work, analysis and debugging
* Be part as an expert within different initiatives
* Maintenance Management and support
* Continuous improvement of our journey
What we need
We need a team player with a passion to learn, drive to improve and a will to contribute in our sometime complex environments. You can structure and work independently with high degree of own responsibility.
It's advantageous if you have:
* Service Now (SNOW) knowledge
* Swedish's and English -fluent, spoken and written
* JIRA knowledge
* CIEL experience or similar Transport Management Systems
* SQL knowledge
