Core & Collaboration Services (CCS) is a function within Volvo Cars Information Technology (VCIT), globally responsible for delivery of IT products and services such as Integrations, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, Document Management, IDM, Portals, Mail and Collaboration tools within Volvo Car Corporation (VCC).
VCC and CCS are in an expansive period and we are looking for you that can contribute and be a part of our team.
Main tasks and responsibility:
You will be responsible for our Microsoft Premier Support agreement and you will manage our Microsoft licenses. You will work across departmental boundaries and represent the whole VCIT in this role. We are using a wide ranch of Microsoft products within the company, both on the clients, servers and in the collaboration and Business Intelligence area.
Within your responsibility is:
Follow up on license compliance and manage and coordinate license reviews from software vendors.
Ensures compliance with Volvo Cars IT's architecture standards.
Ensures appropriate use of Volvo Cars IT processes, tools and methodologies.
Responsible for communication to stakeholders on a day-to-day basis.
Required Qualifications:
Strong Customer Orientation.
Knowledge in ITIL processes.
Effective in communication (written, presentation, oral).
Has a structured way of working and documenting.
Works naturally with continuous improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding and experience from the automotive industry.
VCC IT security manual and processes.
Experience:
Licence handling and managed software audits in large companies.
Hands-on experience in multiple roles across the spectrum of the lifecycle of applications and/or technologies.
At least 6 years of progressive responsibilities within IT
A global IT and business environment.
Required Education:
University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written.
