NetCart AB, provider of Windows automation tool VisualCron is currently looking for a mixed role - focusing on IT support. Position is based in Sollentuna, north of Stockholm.
About VisualCron
VisualCron has existed as automation tool since 2004. Built in Sweden. About 50% of our customers are based in the US and 35% in Europe. VisualCron competitors are mostly larger companies in the US.
Position description
We want you to be the expert on our application VisualCron. When becoming the expert you will do the following:
Instruction videos - we are developing a "academy website" where users will be able to see training videos for the application. You will record these videos and add voice to it.
Product testing - our application and website are updated frequently. We need your help testing new features.
Documentation - update our software documentation with text and images.
Training and demonstration - train existing customers and demonstrations for potential customers. This will be done through remote Zoom screen sharing sessions.
Support - help support team with answering emails about the product for existing and potential customers. Should be usage of the product or troubleshooting.
Market research - you will keep track of features and pricing of competitors and keep our information about competitor products up to date.

Fluent English
Interest in improvement - personally and professionally
Open to hold presentations online
A natural troubleshooter
Outstanding and agile communication abilities
Interested in process improvement and automation
Position requirements
Documented experience in IT
Microsoft Office knowledge
Position "nice to have"
Powershell scripting knowledge or experience with any programming language
Microsoft Excel expertise in functions etc.
Previous RPA/Automation experience
Great video editing skills
Database experience
