We are looking for you, who are prepared with energy and self-going to take upon the challenge as a self-going IT Application Manager (ITAM) and be able to manage an application portfolio to secure a succesful delivery of our IT application portfolio!
The role is within Volvo Cars Information Technology and a sub unit called AMS (IT Operations). You will be the main interface for service deliveries between IT and business within the area CRM-OtD of Marketing & Sales and will be a key resource on both sides to drive the applications as well as the business forward.
The main responsibility is to manage the IT application services and portfolio for Marketing & Sales within CRM-OtD area. Both from an application functionality perspective as well as from a business relations perspective.
You'll be part of a highly dynamic, result oriented team that have the reponsibility to deliver succesful IT operations to our business customer.

Be experienced within IT application maintenance, governance & business process support
Have experience from managing application portfolio, both short and long term
Be highly customer-oriented
Be structured and self-going
Have experience from one or more of Marketing & Sales businesses in a global environment
Have experience from planning, governing & following up of maintenance services suppliers
Have experience from managing suppliers and securing a flawless delivery
Have experience from working with IT new development projects
Have experience from working with IT wihin larger companies
Global mindset and ability to work in virtual multicultural teams
Examples of activities an ordinary week:
An application within the CRM-OtD services is down - co-ordinate & communicate according to incident management process
Participate in a virtual team within the department to suggest and implement process improvements
A New Development program/project puts new demands on an application within your responsibility - steer in item in change request process, plan, govern & follow up together with supplier maintenance responsible and eventually sign off application maintenance checklist
Deliver according to VCC Security Control process requirements
Support the resolver group in solving an incident - coordinate supplier and infrastructure resources as incident manager
Supervise that suppliers keeps defined SLAs in meeting users needs
Participate in projects with the business
Answer questions and issues that are application related
Steer questions and issues from business to correct resolver group at VCIT
Participate in relevant meetings related to applications
Be active in AMS MSS&PB organization continuous improvements
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
Have ITIL experience (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
Fluent in Swedish and/or English, both oral and written
