hela Sverige In this role you will be responsible for the IT controlling in the Nordics, including month end closing and reporting, support on IT Business Review Meetings, managing the Forecast and Budget Process, thorough costs analysis, support in IT Projects and IT Project proposals and actively seeking for cost saving initiatives. Included in the responsiblity you lead the investment controlling process for the Nordics by developing, managing and steering of the PRB process. Perform investment proposal evaluations with the objective of supporting the management decision-making process and contributing to the achievement of the business objectives, whilst meeting regulatory requirements.
• Month End closing: closing of Nordics Management IT cost centers, including allocation of FTE and TCO products to all Nordics countries
• Month End Reporting: providing of Month End Reports and explanation of delta's on Nordics IT costs and FTE to IT Director and MLEMEA Finance *Forecasting: providing input on IT Indirect/Direct Costs (incl TCO) and FTE for upload into reporting tools
• BRM: support in preparing presentations and reporting packs for Quarterly IT BRM's
• Annual Budgeting: sharing guidelines and templates on annual budgeting process and integrated business plan (IBP). Consolidation of input received from IT Department and BU, prepare presentation including variance analysis. Upload approved data into reporting tools
• Analysis/Saving initiatives: thorough analysis of Actuals vs Last Year, Forecast and Budget and actively seeking for cost saving by challenging the costs vs service used
• Support in IT Projects and IT Project proposals for BCA 's especially on the costing side
• Manage the Nordic PRB process incl up and downward communication
• Evaluations of Business Cases and assist in the preparation of Business Case Applications / Capital Expenditure Proposals
• Governance and Facilitating BCA approval process, including BCA database, contract database
• Conduct trainings and share information around the Investment controlling process (e.g. Trainings regarding Investment Model or databases)
• Conducting buy-vs-lease analyses
Essentials:
• Knowledge in international accounting standards (IAS/IFRS)
• Budgeting and Cost controlling skills
• Experience in IT controlling and Investment controlling
• Excellent skills on commercial controlling & modeling
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent analytical skills
• Fast learner and cross-border thinker
• Working with different cultures and stakeholder at all levels
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Result and Quality oriented, structured and independent working style
• Able to work with tight deadlines and with competing priorities
• Team Player; collaborates and helps others
Education and skills:
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Economics
• Preferably good knowledge of logistics business Fluent in English and optional 1 Nordic language
• 3-5 years professional experience in Controlling
