Your future responsibilities
You'll join Operations in Core Systems. The team is responsible for incident and problem handling for existing core Swedish solutions mainly based on IBM mainframe technology.
What you'll be doing:
• Support
• 2nd level support
• Handle incidents, problems and service requests
• Manage tasks in Remedy and Jira
• Follow-up on daily batch
• Project work
• Data analysis
• Integrations
• Structures
• Requests
• Data analysis
• Reports
• Understand solution architecture
• Help in the documentation of IT systems, as well as write scripts to verify calculation aspects of the platform
• Understand the structure, dynamics, terminology and IT applications of the supported business area and work closely with stakeholders in business, IT and external partner

Your profile and background:
• At least a year of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of financial markets
• Ability to write EZT scripts and ability to work across teams
• Good inter-personal skills
• Fluency in spoken & written Swedish and English
• You have worked with legacy applications and support functions. You are familiar with the nature of application maintenance and development on a Mainframe
• You communicate in a structured way, both written and spoken, and you are able to cooperate with many stakeholders - projects, domain specialists and management. As a person you are motivated by team work and by delivering results in a complex context. It is natural for you to take the driver role and you are able to create consensus among many kinds of IT specialists and other stakeholders
