To strengthen our digital capabilities, we are searching for a Kronos Workforce Central / Dimension Subject Matter Expert to join for our Human Capital Management (HCM) team at Essity Global IT Services. As a global company Essity is using different solutions in HCM environment to run our global and local processes. We have implemented global HR processes, we use Workday, Sap ERP and Microsoft driven solutions. In this role you are the channel between the customer community and the solution development teams, supporting the delivery of the necessary technology services to the business by analyzing and refining requirements.
This will be a hybrid position, reporting to the office 3 days per week with 2 days remote. Light travel may be required as business needs arise.

What You Will Do
Participate on Kronos Dimension Global Essity rollout Europe and Americas countries incl. Hypercare period
Provide support according to Support model for Kronos
Participate in pre-studies related to Time Management initiatives and breakdown of business requirements to develop comprehensive requirement specifications
Facilitate workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements and perform as-is analysis, understanding customer and user requirements, their strategies and their goals
Support development of business cases and support the portfolio prioritization process
Continuously review and edit requirements, specifications and recommendations related to a proposed solution
Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the solution specification
Participates in converting the bigger business demands into projects where needed
Support implementation of to-be processes, incl. training delivery.
Contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization
Time Management System Configuration
Who You Are
University degree in computer science, information systems, or related discipline
Experienced in Kronos Work Force Central / Work Force Dimensions (WFD)
First professional experience and skills in Kronos Work Force Dimensions (WFD) Configuration Setup is plus
Experienced Trainer with the ability to provide Hypercare and regular support of Time and Attendance Application
Ideally experienced in functional time management
Ideally experienced in WFD Project management and WFD rollouts
Passionate about working in a team
Solution oriented within agreed limits (standard processes, quality and budget)
Excellent analytical skills
Ideally experience with working in an international environment
The passion to take strong ownership and ambitiously deliver on or beyond agreed goals
