Description
We are looking for a proactive goal oriented IT Adoption Manager/Educator willing to act as the face of the company. You will be responsible for the implementation and securing the use of Wizkids cloud based solutions for the Education segment in Sweden.
We are offering an international and innovative environment with sweet and highly skilled colleagues. You will be stationed in our office in Malmö located in Turning Torso but you will also spend a lot of time on the road.
You will create and maintain user fora, case studies and work closely together with the Wizkids deployment team to ensure, that our solutions are implemented and rolled out correctly - and together with the Wizkids dev team to ensure, that the Schools processes and systems are integrated and functions correctly together with Wizkids? solutions.
You will also work closely together with the Wizkids edu team, where you will also give your own training courses.
Area of responsibility
Responsible for spreading product knowledge and the active use of these products
Responsible for getting new users started in the best possible way
Daily monitoring and evaluating of targets for adoption rate of the products
Planning and carrying out actions to spread product knowledge, for example events and seminars
Create use cases
Ensuring that the users experience with the Wizkids products are always the best possible
Who are you?
You probably have a higher education - this could for example be a Bachelor?s degree, teacher degree etc.
You are good at learning, and have basic IT-skills
You have experience with Google For Education
You have experience with assistive reading- and writing tools
You are used to working with market and user analyses
You are organised and detail oriented
You enjoy speaking in public
As a person you are an outgoing team player, that are good at communicating and interacting with others. Team spirit, productivity and flexibilities are skills that we treasure.
It is an advantage if you:
Are a Google Apps Educator or Google Education Trainer
Speak and understand danish
