What are we looking for?
We continuously need new expertise, new insight and new perspectives to stay ahead and to remain our customers' first choice. We expect you to be deeply passionate about innovative technology, design thinking, creative research and sharing your knowledge with others. You need to want others to succeed.
We think your profile looks something like this:
You hold a M.Sc. in computer science, engineering, media or similar or you are a self-taught coder with a passion for programming and development
You have a maximum of two years' work experience within relevant field.
You have a strong will to explore, create, develop and innovate.
You are comfortable working alone and as well as in a group of other highly skilled people.
You are comfortable with both speaking and writing in English

About the program
You will participate in a 12-month program which combines an exciting role within IST, learning modules and delivering a strategic brief focused on AI and machine learning. You will rotate to another department for a period during the program and will also be assigned a personal mentor.
The learning modules are designed and customized based on real needs that will prove valuable both to IST and to you, e.g. what we want to learn, what skills are needed to deliver a successful strategic brief, what trends are essential to understand and much more.
You will hold a permanent full-time position from day one, meaning after the program has finished you will be able to continue exploring and developing your career within IST.

There are 20 positions spread across our 8 different IST offices in 4 countries. The program has no closing date for applications, but we are assigning the positions on a continuous basis so please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
