We are currently looking for you who are ready to take on this exciting role to lead and drive ISO and Audits at Polestar, joining our Quality Management team within our Quality & Logistics department.

We have set a moonshot goal for climate-neutral cars in 2030 as part of our sustainable future. To improve and control how we work at Polestar, we have several ISO standards to comply with. This is where we want your contribution where you will make sure that Polestar projects are qualitatively aligned with our sustainability-thinking and our goals.
This position is located at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work, knowing that both in-person collaboration and individual time to focus are needed. What matters most is that people get the time, and support, to do what needs to be done.
The responsibilities
To comply and improve how we work at Polestar, you will lead, drive, and improve ISO and Audit performance as part of our Quality team. In this role, you will be the process owner of the QMS/EMS with an overall responsibility over the management system, internal & external audits as well as renewal of audits and training/communication related to the system. You will be managing a core team and ensure that the IT solutions meet expectations and provide system administration and technical support. See below for a more thorough breakdown of the various tasks and areas you'll be responsible for:
• Promote the management systems as an integrated part of the daily business.
• Ensure system consistency and coordinate process owner's tasks.
• Be a point of contact for external ISO- certification body. To plan, guide during the execution of the annual ISO- audits as well as the repercussions from an external ISO audit.
• Monthly status report, the handling of internal and external audits non- conformities and improvements in PSCDS - Polestar Company Deviation System.
• Provide onboarding and training for team members.
The ideal candidate

Also, challenges catalyst you into transforming the most complex process into an experience for the user they never thought was possible.
In addition, you'll need the following qualifications:
• Accredited personal certified Lead ISO Auditor and an expert level in lead auditing ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
• Proven work experience in above standards and audits.
• Solid work experience in the automotive process development E2E business (whole value chain)
• Expert in HSEQ - law compliance, internal and external requirements.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262, ISO 24089 and ISO 21434, ISO 17025, ISO 27001, and an understanding of UN ECE R155/R156.
• English level - Advance (C1) is requested.
