Group Governance and Policy Management, ZCG, is an executive management resource with the objective to support Scania 's CEO, the Scania Executive Board and the Corporate Unit managers in managing ISO certification for relevant management system standards. As of today ISO 9001 Quality management systems requirements and ISO 14001 Environmental management systems requirements are the two standards with most coverage of the Scania organisation. Scania also has ISO 45001 Occupational health and safety management systems requirement and ISO 27001 Information security management systems requirements certificates covering some parts of the organisation. Scania has chosen a Group certification approach, meaning that all certified parts of the organisation are in the same certificate. This gives a valuable resource of insights to how we follow our own instructions managing Scania.
Beside this responsibility ZCG is also responsible for managing Scania Group Policies.
The function is a part of Governance, Risk and Compliance (ZC). You will in your position report to Head of Group Governance and Policy Management (ZCG).
Job description
We are now looking for a replacement for the position ISO Audit manager willing to continue to contribute to the success and profitability of Scania. In this position you will work in close cooperation with our Senior Manager - Quality and Certification.
You will gain an overall understanding of Scania and how the company is managed at different levels and a broad understanding of Scania 's different units. You will develop a wide network stretching across the entire company. This given your insights will serve as support to the organisation to continue to improve. The insights doesn't stop at Scania, they are also shared within the TRATON group. The work is carried out in cooperation with management of different parts of the Scania and TRATON organisation.
Your profile
You are an experienced colleague with a strong passion for the Scania business culture. High integrity and ability to communicate with top management as well as all parts of our organisation. Fluency in written and spoken English. Additional language skills are qualifying.
Meriting is knowledge of ISO management system standards and related audits.
You probably have an academic degree, and experience from business development or assessments of various processes or flows. We also believe that you have a great talent for understanding the bigger picture while at the same time understanding the importance of the details. We would like you to continue developing your passion together with us.
