Our latest models are very successful, so, of course we want to inform our potential customers about it, hence we have different processes and associated systems to make this possible on both the sales and after-sales areas.
Job purpose
To further develop Renault processes and systems we are looking for an IT Business Analyst at Nordic level. The position is a permanent full time position.
In this role you will analyze the current situation and compare it with the business needs, then by taking into account new processes, find the best possible new solution.
You will analyze complex situations and data, then together with internal teams and external suppliers, work on possible improvements and following development and implementation of identified improvements.
The support processes, both internal and external, are oriented within Renault's guidelines. We work with global platforms, but also co-operate on regional basis, as well as we have local solutions. You will be the contact point towards our suppliers (e.g. in Sweden, Denmark, Czech Republic, UK) and the central organization in France. Since you will be working in a Nordic organization, you will time to time travel to Copenhagen / Denmark as well as occasionally to France, to work there face-to-face with colleagues, suppliers and dealers.
Qualifications
College or university degree, completed successfully in Business Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent degree with a major IT and Marketing component
Preferably have some years experience in a similar function within business analysis
User and solution oriented with proven analytical skills
Good at creating process diagrams and data analysis
Able to explain complex subjects and communicate well with people at different levels
Good understanding of project management
Self driven and continously seek improvements, for the organisation as well as for yourself
Ability to work in a fast pace environment
Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English languages
Good knowledge of French is an advantage
Knowledge and experience
Data modelisation and general IT knowledge
Analytical tools
Api webservices, network communications
Software development background is a plus as well as experience in the automotive industry
