www.isgr.seISGR is currently searching for an MYP Year 7 Humanities teacher for the International section. This is a substitute 33% position for the period 11 November 2013 until 19 June 2014.
Qualifications:
• Trained Post Graduate
• Documented experience in IB teaching and curriculum development is preferred.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
The person appointed will have:
A passion for education and learning, strong initiative, high quality communication and interpersonal skills, focus on targets, excellent organizational skills and the ability to engage the students through the process of learning.
Nature of Role
This position is a teaching and leadership role reporting to the Deputy Principal and Principal. The basic function of this role is to plan, teach and assess students through the delivery of the MYP curriculum in a manner which is consistent with the philosophy, policy and practice prescribed by the IB and school.
