hela Sverige We are recruiting another support specialist to the 2nd line support within Getinge Infection Control, one of three business areas in the Getinge Group. The IS organization is supporting the global business with more than 40 offices world-wide, within systems, integrations and projects. Our staff consists of 26 people, located in Sweden and USA.
The position
In this position you will work in IS Service Desk to support Getinge Infection Control IS systems. This includes but not limited to M3, Salesforce, LEMS, Tacton and BI (Microsoft).
Among your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
• Work in the IS Service Desk which includes answering and addressing service issues both over phone and e-mail
• Work with and support Infection Control globally
• Meet Service Desk KPIs (together with the service desk team)
• Adhere to policies and processes within the Service area (based on the ITIL process)
• Interface with Group IT Service Desk for Information Technology
• Documentation and issues follow up
• Training of end users
Travel is estimated to 5%.
Location is Getinge or Göteborg, Sweden.
The ideal candidate
Some of your key characteristics include:
• Education within the IS/IT area and/or good experience and understanding of IT systems.
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Good communication skills
• Service oriented
• Experience within M3 or other ERP system is preferred
