So, who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced and passionate IS Expert/Leader who really enjoys driving the development of systems and infrastructure in order to build an automated and efficient IS setup for Westermo Group.
You are a strong supporter of proactively developing the network infrastructure including building a user friendly and secure IS environment. As IS/IT Team Leader you share our vision for simplification, automation and collaboration.
Westermo operations are running on IFS as an ERP system and use VChain for procurement, Salesforce as CRM and Zendesk as support system. We believe in a high level of automation, system integration and cooperation as cornerstones in our effort to digitalise the company. We are looking for an IS/IT Team Leader to join our IS/IT team in Västerås and Stora Sundby to lead and coordinate all IS projects and initiatives within Westermo Group as part of the Group's digitalisation strategy.
Westermo is part of Beijer Electronics Group and the responsibility includes close cooperation with the Group IS team in Malmö. The responsibility covers Westermo operations in the production facility in Stora Sundby, the R&D center in Västerås as well as the international sales companies.

Minimum Requirements:
• Academic background in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Very good knowledge in Swedish and English, both written& spoken
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience from IFS, VChain, Salesforec and Zendesk
• Experience from network monitoring/tools
• Experience from VMware
• Experience from network and server HW
• Experience from cyber security
