You will be part of a dynamic and service minded IS/IT team of 7 people, of which you and one other colleague are Support Specialists. TePe is a growing and dynamic global organization, and you will be an integral part of the further development of the organization. The position reports to our IS/IT Manager and is based in Malmö, but some travel to our international subsidiaries will be required.
As our IS/IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, education and training, troubleshooting, resolving hardware and software issues, and maintaining the company's computer systems and network. We operate in an international context and support colleagues from different parts of the world, which provides our team with many interesting technical challenges and a lot of variety in our work.
Responsibilities include:
• Providing technical support to employees on hardware and software issues
• Providing end-user training and educations within the IS/IT field
• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems
• Ordering, installing, configuring, and maintaining client hardware, software, and peripherals
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Maintaining inventory of hardware and software
• Providing training and support to employees on the use of company software and hardware
• Keeping up to date with new technology trends and recommending updates to software and hardware as necessary
• Actively identifying needs within the organization
• Providing new digital ways of working
• Support the IS/IT team in various projects, roll-outs, assignments and tasks
Who are we looking for?

Minimum requirements:
• High school diploma
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Swedish and English. Additional languages are a plus
We consider it a plus if you have:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Prior experience in an IT support role
• Experience of Azure, Citrix, Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10/11
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, and TCP/IP networking
