We are currently seeking an IS/IT Specialist to join our Team. The ideal candidate is curious in developing the IS/IT environment, is service minded, has excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.
In this role you will be responsible for the IS/IT environment, in ELSP LVS in Sweden, ensuring professional support with day to day IT related questions. You will drive and develop a digitalization strategy for our unit.
Your responsibilities
Supporting the organization as well as the end-users with IS related issues.
Ensuring that relevant security patches and software upgrades are applied.
Challenging and improving the use of collaboration tools.
Manage projects to improve digitalization.
Provide technical support and training to users, including troubleshooting, software, installation, and system configuration.
Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure the integrity and availability of data.
Identify opportunities for robotic process automation (RPA) and implement those.

Your background
2+ years of experience in IS/IT, or other relevant areas.
Solid knowledge of Office 365, RPA and Business intelligence solutions, Visual basic and Power BI is meritorious.
A self-driven, structured and result-oriented mindset. To be successful in this role you will also need to be service minded.
Technical interest and ability to solve complex problems independently.
Excellent communication and cooperation skills that support you in collaboration with all levels of the organization.
A B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer System Science/informatics or other relevant field.
Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken alike.
