Within Sales Nordic, IT matters are managed by the IS/IT department in close cooperation with the Business Quality department. As IT is an integrated part of Sales Nordic business we must be able to ensure best practice in management of IT-utilization and IT-demand so that IT enables and creates new business opportunities, support efficient business operations and that expected business benefits from IT development and IT operation are realized and managed. The main focus is the IT demand management which in essence can be summarized as strategy development, target setting & execution, process development, defining requirement, making agreements with the supply (SLA) and follow up of overall performance. The supply of IT services and projects are mainly performed by the internal shared service units. The ultimate measure of success is the implementation of world class cost performance of IT solutions.
Job description
• Coordinate, control and authorize IS/IT
• Ensure alignment to business strategy and coordination to optimise corporate value of IT
• Secure synergies by issue and implement Group and Nordic policies and standards necessary to coordinate IT within Sales Nordic
• Propose priorities of IT demands to Sales Nordic management
• Promote Cost-efficient use of Information Technology and ensure that IT contributes to Sales Nordic's business development
You have a controller role in relation to decided responsibilities and policy's and an authorisation role to secure that business functions initiatives (including IT investments) are in line with decided IT strategies and standards. You will take an active part in developing the IS/IT governing for Sales Nordic.
Qualifications
• Masters degree or equivalent, with experience of development/procurement of IT-systems from a business perspective
• Good IT skills and insight into developments in the IT field
• Experience of Sales, Distribution or Customer Service business, processes and systems is a desirable qualification
• Good spoken and written Swedish and English
• Strategic and business focus, with the ability to work towards strategic targets and at the same time is closely involved in the operations
• Performance orientation and the ability to structure and prioritize when leading change
• Good skills in co-operation, communication, and the management of relationships
